Ordering

You can register to use our easy online ordering service by clicking here. Once you’ve signed in, simply browse our selection of food, choose the quantity and click ‘Add to Basket’. You can view your order at any time by clicking ‘View Basket’ and once you’re done you simply hit the ‘Checkout’ button. You’ll be taken to the ‘Payments’ screen to complete your order.

We will always do our best to fulfil a ‘same day’ order, but please give us a call first on 0845 269 1234 so we can confirm.

Payments

Our secure online system allows you to pay for all orders using a credit or debit card. If you’d rather pay by cash or cheque on delivery, just get in touch with us to arrange this.

Lots of our clients use us regularly and benefit from the ease of setting up an account with us. Rather than paying every time you place an order, we’ll send you an invoice once a month. It’s simple, straightforward, and easy for your accounts people to manage.

If you’d like to open an account with us, all we need are a couple of trade references from you. E-mail them to info@capitalcaterers.co.uk and we’ll do the rest.

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll confirm it to you by e-mail or phone. You can then go back to your important work and we’ll deliver your scrumptious food when you ask us to.
