You may have heard about the severe decline of bluefin tuna in our oceans due to over-fishing over the past few decades. This has lead the European commission to attempt to place it on the international endangered species list, and ban its trading.

Here at Capital Caterers, we have never used bluefin or yellowfin tuna in our foods. We have only ever used, and continue to use, Skipjack tuna.
